At M J Dean I have managed project deliverables from initiation to close-out, including in some cases design. Executing the various subcontracts from buy out with scope delineation, performance under tight schedules for our hospitality clients, to close out both with subcontractors and the owner.

At Carpenter Sellers I designed several small commercial buildings and developed drawings into a final permit set of documents. I supervised an intern architect on a large residential project and designed an oncology clinic.

At Nigro I designed over 125,000 sf of commercial shell development with TIs at lease signing, coordinated trade and professional consultants, and developed site plans for single and multi-anchor retail developments. I created marketing materials including brochures and web pages.

At Jahncke I worked under project architects in the design of multifamily public housing, primary and high school education facilities, an Episcopal church, and numerous residential renovations. I developed marketing and presentation material, and recommended technology investments.
